We can service most online-purchased e-bikes. Which path applies to you?
Less than 1 year old →
Contact the manufacturer first (likely under warranty), then bring your e-bike, all keys, and warranty parts to us for installation. Labor is due on completion.
Out of warranty or second-hand →
Book a drop-off for diagnosis. Bring your e-bike, all keys, and charger. A non-refundable diagnostic fee applies; customer is responsible for sourcing all proprietary parts from the manufacturer.
Parts availability & your responsibility
We cannot always complete a repair due to parts availability. We do not contact manufacturers to purchase proprietary parts on your behalf. Unless we are a partnered dealer for your brand, it is your responsibility to contact the manufacturer and obtain the required parts. We will inspect and diagnose your e-bike, explain the issue, and install the parts once you provide them to us.
